Merge PDF
Combine multiple PDF files into one, in the order you choose. Everything happens in your browser — your files are never uploaded anywhere.

You can select multiple files at once
Merging PDFs on ToolForge works entirely on your own device. When you select files, they are read directly into your browser's memory and combined using an open-source PDF library — at no point does any file get sent to a server. This means there is no file-size limit imposed by us, no waiting on an upload, and no privacy concern about sensitive documents leaving your computer.
To use the tool, click the upload area or drag your PDF files into it. You can add as many files as you like, and use the up and down arrows next to each file to arrange them in the exact order you want them to appear in the final document. Once you're happy with the order, click "Merge PDFs" and a download link for your combined file will appear within a few seconds, depending on file size.
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?+
No. Since merging happens in your browser rather than on a server, there's no artificial limit — the only constraint is your device's available memory, which is normally enough for dozens of files.
Are my files uploaded to a server?+
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
Can I change the order of the pages?+
Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each file in the list to reorder them before merging. The final PDF follows the order shown in the list.
Will this work on my phone?+
Yes, the tool works on any modern mobile or desktop browser.
