Toolvyra does not use a live chat widget or a phone line. The fastest and most reliable way to reach the team is by email. We read every message and try to reply within a couple of business days.
What to include
- The name of the tool you were using, if applicable
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- Your browser and device, for bug reports
- Any tool you would like to see added to the site
Since every tool processes files locally in your browser, we are not able to see or access the files you worked with. If you run into an issue, a short description or a screenshot is the most helpful thing you can send.
